另農友楊燦霖及鄭鈺祥榮獲亞軍；許榮斌、張世芳及陳金龍取得季軍、吳慧美、林茂崑、吳國池獲得殿軍；至於陳振卿則同時拿下殿軍及甜筍王頭銜，甜筍王甜度6.9度。

而為推廣盛產美味綠竹筍，五股區農會的家政班學員特地使用當地盛產之綠竹筍，製作各式各樣的創意綠竹筍料理，總共有9組家政班參賽，最後評選出9名優勝者，將於今（14）日舉行的筍宴中頒獎。

五股區農會表示，當地綠竹筍產期在芒種至中秋（五月至九月），主要特色在於其生長環境位於觀音山背風面的山坡上，氣溫、濕度適中，沒有強風吹襲，優良的天然條件，加上筍農純熟的種植技術，所生產的綠竹筍肉質特別細緻清甜，含豐富纖維質、熱量低，無論清炒或涼筍，都是一道人間美食，據國人稱綠竹筍口味堪比歐洲松露，以觀音山生長條件有淡水河水霧加上海邊鹽離子及火山岩地質特性，孕育出獨特風味的佳餚，更是現代人的健康養生食品。

五股區農會指出，為讓消費者全年都能吃到美味的綠竹筍，特別運用專業技術將現採新鮮綠竹筍嚴格篩選出狀似牛角，筍尖尚未張開，筍身長度與橫切口直徑約2.5倍，整支呈金黃色，無出青之頂級綠竹筍，經煮熟後，直接以真空包裝保留原汁原味。農會還製作筍干，提供消費著另一種風味的綠竹筍產品，適合各種煮法，香脆可口，絕不加防腐劑，消費者可以安心食用。訂購專線（02）22914060轉46或50分機五股區農會供銷部。
